Just check the app and sae this offer.
Spend £3500 or more, collect 2000 Avios once per card.
And it says in the print
Save to card to collect 2000 Avios on eligible spend of £3500+ anywhere by 13/09/2024.Is that a cumulative spand or one off spend?
Thanks.
Cumulative always with these offers. I don’t have it on my BAPP!! Sad face
I have the same offer on my BAPP. I haven’t used my BAPP for several months since hitting the spend target for the 241 voucher. Don’t think this offer is enough to entice me to put a further £3.5k on the card before my renewal date. Will need to assess.
My first thought on seeing the cut-off date was that this was targeted to try to get me to push spend through just before my card anniversary. 2000 avios not enough to persuade me to get the card out of the draw a week early. Then of course it’s open season, but I won’t be able to do 10k before the 1st Nov change.
My wife got a version of this on her Gold a couple of weeks ago.
hmmm not on our BAPP yet! not that i want to use the card with two unused vouchers still!
I got the offer on my BAPP this morning. Assumed it was because I’ve already triggered the voucher and haven’t been spending on card for a couple of months. We’re now using OH’s BAPP account for regular spend to trigger another voucher, which surprise, surprise doesn’t have the offer!
I have triggered my voucher last year and use the card everyday and got the offer. I don’t think it has to do with nothing using the card because my BAPP Amex is my main card.
Another vote against this being to push people beyond the £10k voucher threshold. I’m only 5 days into my membership year and had the offer pop up. Had been spending on card the last couple of months as well.
I got this offer, although 3.5K in 1 month is quite steep as there’s no big spends coming up. Added it but will not be able to hit it sadly.
Not on any of our cards, but putting all our current spend on BAPP atm. So no incentive for an offer.
Will Paypal spend trigger this ‘spend anywhere’ offer? Or is it excluded as a third party facilitator?
Didn’t get this offer on any of our cards earlier in the month but just activated this morning a £400 spend with British Airways for 2,000 Avios on my BAPP which I am ready to pay off and close. Will seat reservations trigger this?
Will Paypal spend trigger this ‘spend anywhere’ offer? Or is it excluded as a third party facilitator?
Just answering my own question … points landed today … so Paypal spend at a merchant which did not accept Amex still triggered the offer.
