Has anyone’s avios points earned on the Barclaycard been transferred over to the exec club yet. States 2 working day at beginning of the month – that being today, mine havnt transferred yet
I haven’t. The way it’s worded on the faq I wonder if they send them today, rather than they arrive today though.
“ We’ll transfer the Avios you collect with us to your linked British Airways Executive Club account on the second working day of the next month. ”
What makes you think “on the second working day” means 7am?… For example, the Avios Rewards on the current account has a cut off time of 5pm for opt-out. So Barclaycard could be any time during the day or after working hours – still the whole day ahead of you.

This.
Going purely by experience on the current account, they seem to transfer avios and take payment at some point during the day, typically after lunchtime approx.
I would wait for the whole day to see this happen. I have my welcome bonus stuck in ‘pending’ since Friday, so was hoping to see that move across today, but so far no joy…Has anyone had their Avios from March transferred to BAEC yet?
The app tells me this happens on the 2nd working day of a month.I’ve posted a topic on this this morning asking the same question
My 40k points not posted yet
Well, it is now quarter to six on the 2nd working day of April, and my Avios are (still) showing as pending in the Barclaycard app.
Have contacted customer service to see if they can advise on when these are meant to hit my BAEC account. You’re right, I missed it.
If Rob/Rhys read this, please delete this thread.
Thanks.please let us know what barclaycard say about the point transfer if you get through to them
Has anyone with premier banking had any delays with the monthly 1500 points being transferred over to BA too …
Spoke to customer services.
There wasn’t anything they could do other than confirm that it looks as if the points should transfer today.
Asked me to check again and call in the morning if still no joy.Has anyone with premier banking had any delays with the monthly 1500 points being transferred over to BA too …
Avios left last week on Thursday, credited to BAEC today.
3rd working day of the next month. Still no avios transferred. Anyone else?

Still waiting here too. And also would like to know when the downgrade card options will appear in the app?
I noticed that the app shows your total household avios which is a bit odd. There’s still nothing showing on the spend tracker for the sign up bonus. Barclays has refunded the first month’s fee plus £25 goodwill gesture.
3rd day no transfer … can Rob shed any light on this please
I’m also still waiting. It’s meant to be the first transfer for me but no joy… nothing has moved across.
Rob can you check with barclaycard please none of my co workers (approx 30) who have the card have had there points transferred over . Are we going to experience this delay every month
I had a message via the “chat” button when I asked..
“Please be assured that points would be updated soon”
They don’t say what “soon” is ….

Surely you don’t need a nanny to deal with these sort of issues? It is grossly unfair to seek Rob’s intervention for every little administrative issue, particularly when the insistence/urgency of your request (at 08.44 and 09.29) suggest the subtext is that you and others are waiting for the SUB to land before you downgrade. The Avios will arrive in due course.
I’m not downgrading JDB All Welcome bonus points and upgrade all ready earnt I’m keeping the paid card

Then what’s the hurry that you need to chase Rob twice today and can’t call Barclaycard directly? One poster reported yesterday evening that his Avios have arrived, so it is happening.

I don’t think that’s particularly fair to imply any subtext. If Barclaycard can be as explicit as stating “Avios will arrive by the second working day of the next month” – you expect that to happen.
Could it be as simple as “there are some avios flights I want to purchase and if my Avios is not transferred by when Barclaycard have explicitly stated it will be, I may lose those flights”

It doesn’t say they will arrive by the second working day of the month; it says they will transfer them. Maybe they send them using BA baggage handling.
@u07ch – very good point! It’s also worth noting that it says the transfers are for Avios earned in a particular calendar month, not per statement. “All Avios (including any promotional or bonus Avios) that you’ve accrued in a calendar month will be transferred to your BAEC account on the second working day of the following month.”

Which would suggest Avios accrued in March would transfer by 4 April…
