I’m thinking should I get the blue card given it’s double SUB at the moment.
But if later on there is a promotion SUB of the black card while I’m holding the blue card, I won’t be eligible for the SUB of the black one, right?

Unless you get an in app offer for a card upgrade (unsure if any have happened in the past), your thinking is correct.
