Anyone received their avios transfer on 2nd this month?

    Thanks

    Not yet.

No, looks like it’s not going to be today.

It’s fairly common for it to be a day (or several) late. It’s meant to be “second working day of the month” but it fairly often isn’t, certainly if there’s a bank holiday involved.

As above, the Avios aren’t due to be transferred on the 2nd of the month as the OP suggests but rather on the second working day of the month which is today, so plenty of hours remaining for them to be credited on time. My experience is that the Premier and Barclaycard Avios have been arriving consistently on time for many months.

It’s clearly documented as being the second working day, i.e. today.

Has everyone received the points accrued in October 2024 today (the 4th November 2024?). Im not sure if i have to wait until second working day of December to receive points accrued in October? Or if there is some sort of delay?

The points accrued in a given month are due on the second working day of the following month, so in respect of Avios earned in October, they are due today. I have received the Premier banking points already and expect that, as usual, the Barclaycard points will arrive before the end of the day.

I received both Premier and Barclaycard miles today.

Still no sign of my points. Kind of need them to land today to complete a booking!

Mine haven’t moved across yet but they’ve never failed to post. They might just be slower because it’s a Monday!

Mine still haven’t posted, anyone else.

Mine still haven’t moved across. No delay previously. Should I wait or chase? Maybe best to wait two more days.

So, I have just called Barclays. According to the agent there was ‘a technical issue’ that resulted in failed avios transfer for ‘some users’. I demanded a refund of the £20 monthly fee. In addition I made a formal complaint as Barclays failed on their contractual obligation to execute the transfer on 2nd working day and was offered £100 compensation for inconvenience.
Avios are still in my Barclaycard account and will be transferred ‘at some point this month or backdated on 3rd December the latest’.

@Gosia44 £100 inconvenience for a few delayed Avios? Good luck to you, but Barclaycard has been extraordinarily generous!

It is not few days delay, it is anything between 2 days and 1 month delay without any visibility on when the transfer will take place. I have a plan to use those avios and I cannot – 14k avios are stuck. Not sure if the £100 was paid because I am a Premier Customer or they would offer it anyone.

My Avios for October have also not moved across. Anyone else?

Still nothing for me either. Premier account 1500 posted fine.

Agent keeps telling me to re-link in the app but I can’t do that as I get success on the browser but when relaunching the app it just spins. I thought this link was just for the live balance display but maybe it is a bigger issue.
