Finally mine arrived too. November and December transfer together.
Got mine in full (Nov and Dec).
Still no sign of the points. Looks like they didn’t fix all accounts. May I ask if the link error has been fixed for your account? Thanks
Hope you got yours by now, but no, the link error is still happening. It currently shows a much higher balance than I have, as I’ve done a few full-price redemptions since!
Got my barclaycard avios including backdated finally. But…still no premier transfer this month ha. The app says Nov 30th 1500 but no dice on BA side and they haven’t taken the £12 either.
I got my 1500 two days ago and £12 has been deducted.

The 1500 is for last month’s £12, so no direct link in that sense.
Mine has been fine up to last month including the dual reward. Latest statement today, Barclaycard points have credited but says 0 points for Premier Rewards monthly Avios. Have noticed the £12 has not been deducted this month but I have still received the £5 dual reward credit.
Went onto chat, was advised there is a known issue and I should get a situation update within 7 days.

Thanks. My terms suggested the avios are awarded for the fee you’re paying for the month ahead but perhaps it is all in arrears 🙂
Anyway, chat also confirmed to me there is an issue again. So let’s see…
Had my £12 deducted but not my £5 dual reward rebate! Always in their favour haha
I am in dispute with them as have not received avios on the standard avios barclaycard since it was opened in August, they accept there is an issue in the app but clearly haven’t grasped all the issues about unpaid avios. A letter today confirmed that ‘some customer apps are unlinking to their BA account’ they say there is no estimated fix date and she will check it on a monthly basis.
I have gone to the FO but by the time this is all over will be due over 25k avios and a voucher. So far £100 for my troubles…
I have been unable to link the app since September but only once in November didn’t receive avios. It was fixed in December and I got November and December in one go. I am now waiting for the January transfer.
The app does not need to be linked for the transfer to take place.
