1500 from premier all good.
Avios from barclaycard not yet. Accounts showing unlinked in app.
As I said above, as a Premier customer I demanded (politely) a refund of the £20 monthly card fee as the transfer failed on 2nd working day and made a formal complaint that resulted in £100 inconvenience compo. Perhaps if more people complain Barclays will do something about it. Just call the Premier team, not Barclaycard and make them deal with it.
The app does not need to be linked to BA to execute the transfer. As others mentioned here, the link is just to see the full balance. My 1500 posted as normal.Certainly will be. Also didn’t get my £5 dual reward credit…
Oh just noticed I have not received the Avios Dual Reward either. Tomorrow it will be another complaint.
I had the card in 2022 and the dual reward never worked for me. I cancelled just after I got the voucher but it’s worrying to see the problem is still there…

It’s been working fine for me for 6+ months so this does seem like a Oct/Nov tech issue (hopefully)

There is no systemic issue, some people have just been or are unlucky. The dual rewards works like clockwork – I get push notification of £12 out and £5 in every month as does my wife. I have just received the second anniversary 7,000 Avios (no interest in the voucher) and the monthly Avios from both Premier and Barclaycard have arrived by the end of the second working day on time, save I think one month when they were a day late. The system works fine overall but the odd person inevitably runs into problems.
It worked for me for two years and now it stopped working. I would not call it simply unlucky if I see other people affected too. There is an underlying issue embedded deep in the app/IT. For me the problem started following the recent release of the new version of the app for iPhone.

This has also happened to me after about 6 months of working fine.
Account unlinked, it relinks updates my points balance in app. Then unlinks. Premier points transferred. Barclard points haven’t. Also didn’t get my £5 dual award.
I have a ticket open with Barclays IT. They asked me to call executive club but everytime I try I can’t get through to anyone remotely helpful.
I Also know of a few other people this has happened to this Oct/Nov.
Why would you need to contact BA Executive Club? Blame game? The fact that the app cannot be linked should not have any impact on the avios transfer. Barclays failed to transfer and they need to fix it whether the app is linked or not.
My dual reward £5 posted today. Not sure if that was done manually as I pointed this out to them.
Still can’t link in app, not that that should matter but the agent did say she couldn’t even see my exec club number so presumably attempting to link has resulted in it zeroing out. Waiting for IT to come back too.
My dual reward arrived today too but I also pointed it out so perhaps a manual adjustment. I can see my exec club number in barclays app right above the message to link the account but impossible to link.
Still, no transfer for October and they don’t know how long it will take to fix..My dual award appeared today around 17:00. Still no points or linking though. They asked me to give them 5-10 days to sort the linking problem.
He did then say my points will probably transfer in December now but tbh I don’t think they really knew.
The first person I spoke to said it was a wider issue, the 2nd person said he or anyone he asked wasn’t aware of any wider issues.Still no movement of October points. Not a Premier customer but got refunded the £20 monthly fee and a £75 credit
No movement for me either.
So we can see a pattern now. £20 monthly fee refund + £100 (Premier) or £75 (non Premier) inconvenience compo. I believe this only applies to people who bother to call Barclays. There is no automatic refund or compo.
I will call them again tomorrow. It is taking too long.Barclays sms suggests they’ve fixed and pending will transfer in December. Not so confident as still can’t link in the Barclays app but will have to wait and see.

Cannot link the app either..I also got the message today, but had not complained. I think it’s happened once before, and the points arrived the next month. If it doesn’t arrive in December, then I will complain! I also have the app link error, but points had been posting fine the last few months, so don’t think that’s the reason.
Anyone who had issue last month received their avios today?
