Best Amex if spending around £10k

What do you guys think would be the most rewarding Amex card spending around £10k/year
Obviously not high enough for the BAPP/Free BA Amex. But I was thinking about the Blue Membership Rewards card or the platinum everyday cashback card.

Thinking of reapplying for the gold again though because of the 2points on foreign spend, and the retention offers long term. Are the offers better for gold rather than the basic cards?
