Best Amex rewards card for a £10,000 annual spend

I’m considering switching from a cashback card to a rewards card. Annual spend of £10,000 per year. Which is the best Amex rewards card?
Can I also prebook Priority Pass lounge access with the gold card?

BAPP if you generate enough Avios, and will make decent use of the voucher. Gold if you want a lower fee and just points, or points with more flexibility.
