Best way to submit complaint for compensation?

I am back just over a week from a BA Holiday – flights + car.
The flight was delayed and Avis shut by the time I’d collected my bags, so I couldn’t collect my car.
BA holidays took 4 days to sort out a new booking for a car which I collected on day 5 of a 14 day holiday.
I incurred expenses for taxis and lost 5 days of the car hire I had paid for.
I submitted a claim on the website and I notice it has been closed with no communication from BA.
What is the best way to try and get something sorted these days?

What form did you use?
As this is a BA holiday you need to complain to BA Hols and not the generic BA compensation forms
Strictly speaking you aren’t asking for compensation which is why the claim was likely just closed.
I would call BA Holidays.
Many thanks for your response. I will give BA Holidays a call and see what they can do for me.
I finally got around to speaking to the BA Holidays team and have been given an email address to use to submit the details.
