    Hi all

    I booked a reward flight online on Thursday afternoon, I have paid etc
    I can see the flight details in the app but I’ve not been sent an email confirmation so wondering if there is usually a delay.

    No email usually means your booking hasn’t been ticketed. Can you double-check in your app and see if you can see a ticket number attached to your booking? If not, give them a call. Have both the avios and money left your account?

    If everything seems OK, then you can resend the itinerary email via Manage My Booking at ‘print/email my e-ticket receipt’

    Thanks there is a ticket number, money and avios have left my account so I’ll call them. Later

    Is there a ticket Number starting 125 … or just a booking reference ie 6 letter-number combination. If only the later you need evidence of the 125 … number as well.

    If view print view my E ticket comes up with ” Error sorry E tickets receipt is not available for this type of payment ” I’d certainly give BA a ring sooner than later and ask for Eticket receipt to be emailed.

    Not sure these two things are connected. I made an Avios booking by phone last week. Got an e-ticket email with a 125 number but if I try and print on the website I get the ” Error sorry E tickets receipt is not available for this type of payment ” message.

    @davefl – I wouldn’t worry, as long as you have a 125- e-ticket you are good to go. Perhaps you can’t get a receipt because it is an Avios booking.

    That’s my point 🙂 I’m not worried but I’d have liked a printout anyway.

    Still haven’t received my refund of the Avios and cash from an online cancellation that I made last Thur morning. Gone from the app and website. Had an instant email saying it was being dealt with but nothing since.
