Morning, looking to book a trip to SIN, outbound on Qatar and inbound on BA.
Is there any advantage of booking this via BA vs Qatar, besides getting 3x Avios on my BAPP if done via BA.Better cancellation terms on QR, but potentially more accommodative customer service with BA if something goes wrong.
BA also seem willing to work through booking changes with you, whereas QR insist on cancel and rebook – and there can be a lag in miles being reposted.
Also saw a modest difference in pricing when I last booked.
All told, there’s not a huge amount in it though.
