So I know the sign up bonus is 70,000 points currently but if someone has the card what are the referral details? How many points does someone they refer get and how many do they get too?

You don’t get the 70k on a referral. Only via the link on the BA website

Ok but what does the referrer and referee get?

If I get the card then refer my partner, we have a household BA account. So adding up the referer and referee amount is it more than 70,000?

I have a referral offer where I get 12,000 Avios and the person I refer receives 36,000 so a total of 48,000 which is significantly worse than the 70,000 offer
