Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Club Can I find Companion voucher details on booking

  • 1 post

    Hi everyone
    I booked a flight to Sydney in March 23 using a companion voucher. I have another companion voucher expiring in June 23 which I might not be able to use by then. I have a feeling the voucher I used to book the Sydney expired later than this – does anyone know if there is a way of me finding out the details of the voucher I used. The voucher isn’t mentioned on the E-ticket receipt. Thanks

    Yes. I’m on an iPad so it might look different.

    Login to exec club.

    Click on your name (top right)

    Click on manage my account (on left)

    Then click on manage my account (yes, the same words) on the drop down menu

    Scroll down and at the bottom you should see a box where you can click on view eVouchers

    You can see the expiry date of current and used 241 vouchers here. And praise be BA’s intuitive web design. And yes I’m being sarcastic.

    If you scroll down your email confirmation from BA, there is a line with the voucher number. There’s so much info in there, it’s easy to
    miss!

    @Froggee
    , when I’ve used previously cancelled vouchers, they disappear completely from my account as if they never existed so I had to find another way to keep track!
