Just tried to change my email, told to verify it, clicked the link got redirected to ba.com/travel/emailvalidate/public/en_GB?MID=memnumberwashere&membershipTier=BLUE only to get ‘We are experiencing high demand on ba.com at the moment.Thank you for your patience’ tried multiple devices/browsers and ip’s… Now I can’t transfer Avios, book flights or do anything without it blocking me and telling me to verify… seems to be happening to people on Reddit too 🤦♂️ Anyone know any work around?
