AA86 (ORD-LHR) delayed 15 hours, moved to AA98 but downgraded to PE, then upgraded to Bus.
Assume no compensation as AA flight, though booking was BA. Will tier points still post? and still eligible for bonus tier points?

Correct. No compensation as it is AA operated flight to UK
I thought the bonus TP were only on BA flight numbers?
You will probably have to chase BA for any TP

It was booked on a BA flight number, so should get bonus tier points. (At least we did with QR earlier in the year).
