Im in a weird situation where i am putting in my 4th insurance claim with AXA this year and feeling kind of guilty. Even though these thigs were not my fault at all and are genuine claims. Feel like they will want me off the books next year !
Has anyone else been in this situation of putting in multiple claims , or has anyone put in a really big claim, in comparison to what you paid for the annual insurance. I guess some people put in some big claims for expensive holidays cancelled for what ever reason , or losing or having expensive things stolen ?
Just to make me feel less bad about my claims …
Its totally fine if it’s genuine. Thats their job to reimburse you its not charity so don’t feel bad
Furthermore one of the questions will be asking if you made previous claims. Are you entering this down in the application with dates and reference numbers?
