Hi All
I am heading to New York next month and I’ve booked a 1 bed suite for 5 nights with a travel agent so I get $100 hotel credit, upgrade, breakfast etc. Cost is £1,600 approx.
However I’ve just got my AMEX plat bonus and was thinking if it’s worth using those points & add a bit more cash to book direct with Hilton? Especially since 1 MR = 2 HH? I have Gold status.
Open to your thoughts 😊
Points plus cash bookings are usually terrible value, I’d stick with one or the other.

Thank you. Cash it is.
