-
My business phone has just been migrated from Virgin Mobile to O2. Used to use my CoT to pay my Virgin bill monthly, no problem.
Currently trying to add my CoT to my O2 account, and it doesn’t recognise the card number. My other Visa and Mastercards are fine (including corporate Barclaycard)
Presume it’s whichever intermediary / payment processor that O2 uses, as I’m sure I’ve had issues with getting CoT accepted elsewhere
Any idea how to resolve?
