Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points
Hopefully many of you will be travelling to India over October and November to see the men’s Cricket World Cup.
I was surprised to see decent AVIOS availability with BA and have managed to snag 4 tickets on flight BA257 in Club World to Delhi. We’ll be travelling over the last two weeks in October.
If any of you are also travelling what is your approach to booking the domestic flights/internal hotels? Im not sure if there’s any obvious points angle that can help to save money!
Looking forward to seeing your tips and travel plans.

Thanks – always good to be aware of such things and where possible use official/reputable/referred sources for goods and services.
Have travelled to India many times and aside from the odd Rickshaw driver wanting to add on £1/£2 worth of extra fare I haven’t encountered many other scams. Even then I tend to use Uber/Ola nowadays to overcome that situation.
