Anybody have a short cut, more definite way to contact Curve ? I’ve tried ‘chat,’which I find abysmal for follow-up and email, which I thought would be far better. But, not even an acknowledgement.
Very frustrating.

The 1% cashback is working pretty well so far on this trip totting up to around £10. I’ve also noticed Curve working much better with preauthorisation by not sending to payment to the underlying card until it’s been updated. It’s also working flawlessly with my Avios Barclaycard.
