Anyone else had persistent issues with curve over the last week or so?
Both mine and my wife’s metal and black cards had multiple transactions ‘declined’ but actually processed. Result being Xmas purchases being cancelled by merchants and a list of payments that shouldn’t have been processed but have come out of my account. I did get a mail pre Xmas saying that all would be refunded within 1 to 2 days but alas this hasn’t happened. Worse still it’s now impossible to contact support having replaced this with chatbot.
Anyone else have this issue it any pointers on how to contact someone human to resolve this?
Curve haven’t been responding to any of my double charge messages nor my subsequent complaint from early December. I did a chargeback two days ago and monies refunded straight away.
Curve has been awful. Mrs K had £250ish of erroneous charges because of a curve “technical issue”.
They ignored all communication, including a fraud form filled out, as we didn’t know why we had the wrong charges (not double charging, but largish random amounts). The only thing that got their attention was making a chargeback on the underlying card.
Curve really have fallen down a hole and I can’t see how they can climb out of it.
Doesn’t sound too promising. I’ve used Curve since the early beta days and rarely needed to contact them. I do though recall that they had live chat which responded fairly quickly. Given the cost of the metal card I’m really disappointed they their support for premium members are a so poor.
May be time to get serious.
