Tried to find a contact number for FC Gold this morning without luck (it used to be on the home page when you logged in). Instead had to ring a generic VA number and ended up speaking to someone who didn’t seem to know entirely what they were doing. Is this a change that has happened recently?
It still appears listed for me (at https://www.virginatlantic.com/myflyingclub/dashboard), and is the same as it always has been. It doesn’t appear on the new portal, at https://account.virginatlantic.com/flyingclub/overview, though.
Yes, i can see it again now – weird (maybe i was having a “seniors” moment!). Anyway, saved to my contacts now just incase…
