I can’t find Dell £75 credit on my new Amex Business Plat.
Has this been dropped by Amex?
Both the UK websites for AMex and Dell still feature the credit so if it has dropped off then no-one has told them!
Have you done the following:
“Before you shop at Dell, you’ll need to enroll to take advantage of the statement credits. Simply log in to American Express and head to the Rewards and Benefits section. You’ll then click on “Benefits,” find the Business Platinum Card Dell Technologies Benefit, and click “Enroll.”” ?
Isn’t it an opt in benefit via the benefits page and so doesn’t appear as an offer.
I’ve been trying to find it as well, but no luck. I think it was an opt in benefit in the past.
OK – found it… first, you need to be logged in to your Amex account on the web (not via the app).
-From the top of the home page select the ‘Benefits & Help’ option. This produces a drop down menu from which you then need to select ‘Explore Membership Benefits’
– A page then opens entitled ‘Get to know your Business Card’ … scroll down and chose the tab titled ‘Get to know your Card and its benefits’
– Now a page opens called ‘Get to know your Business Card’. Click on the link under the Platinum Businss Card section entitled ‘Learn More’
– on the next page headed ‘Business the Platinum Way’ scroll down and near the foot of the page is a section ‘Money Back with Dell Technologies’
– click on ‘enrol now’ and voila – couldn’t be easier 😉
Well actually the final link doesn’t work for me but that may be because I am already enrolled. Please report back here if successful 👍
