I have a round-trip domestic flight booked, and need to change the inbound. Is there any advantage to calling the Gold line over changing it on BA.com?
No – in fact if you call to do this when you could do it online, you’d probably get charged for it!
None – if you can change it online that’s the easiest way to do it.
The telephone team don’t have any discretion to waive change fees or fare differences if it’s a voluntary change and would likely charge a telephone service fee as well if it’s something you can do online.
