I returned from a 5 night BAH on 27th Oct and my double TP just posted – was expecting the 2 week wait.
My wife and I have been waiting since June for my double tier points to post for a 7 day BA holiday to Las Vegas. My eldest daughter and her husband joined us under their own booking and they have now received their points. What is happening at BA nothing seems to be working? I have completed a missing tier points claim but that has not even been acknowledged.
