Downgrading

Does anyone know if I can downgrade the BAPP and still use the 2-4-1 voucher with the downgraded card?

Also, are there mandatory bonuses for adding supplementary card holders even if that person holds a card on their own account? I have both BAPP and Preferred Rewards along with wife but neither are added as supplemtary card holders. May do that first before downgrade if so!

Appreciate that. Something i should have done much earlier but will have to forefit those supplementary points for a switch to Barclaycard Avios Plus and Premier Banking instead ! 🙂
