    Afternoon folks

    I recently redeemed an e-voucher on a BA CE trip but there was a £70 balance. Am I right to think that I should have received another voucher for that balance? If that is the case then it’s 3-4 months now so I guess I’ll have to chase. Any ideas of the best point of contact to use?

    What sprt of voucher was it as there are several?

    It was granted as compensation for poor service.

    Best of luck! I needed to cancel a flight I’d spent an e-voucher on (within the 24 hour cool off period), still banging my head against a brick wall trying to get it back.
