Error trying to book avios flights to Edinburgh

Is anyone else having trouble trying to book avios flights?

I have been trying to book flights to Edinburgh for the past few days. I constantly get an error message saying “There was a problem with your request, please try again later”.

I can find a book avios seats to other destinations.

No but I’ve had similar problems before, generally on a specific date rather than an entire route.

If you call BA explaining the online failure they will book them for you and should not charge the offline fee.

Try clearing cookies etc as well as a different browser also.

I have tried different computers and browsers. Seatspy shows there is availability so I am not sure what the issue is.

I will try calling them.
