    I’m just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing problems logging into their Executive Club account.
    Each time I try – on both the app and website – I fill in the details and password, there’s a couple of seconds of loading, then it refreshes and I’m back to the login screen. I thought maybe the app was having issues with iOS 16.3 but that doesn’t explain why I can’t get in via the website. Anyone else experiencing this?

    No problem for me just now. But are you using a VPN by any chance? I’m finding an increasing number of sites and apps don’t play nice with them. Refreshing/switching VPN server may help, or otherwise temporarily disabling it / defeating the entire point. Alternatively, if you’re on wifi try accessing via mobile data, or vice versa – could be a network caching issue perhaps 🤷‍♂️

    I’ve tried those things and no luck. My wife can get into her account via app on her phone but as soon as she uses my login details it’s the same issue. Very strange.
