Finally got my creation free night

After many many emails, creation finally paid out my free night certificate after they cancelled my card.
At first they said I wasnt due one as I didn’t hit the spend, but they finally slotted they never sent IHG the data for the previous year where I did hit the spend and they didn’t give it to me.
Managed to bag the IC park lane on NYE with the voucher, so happy days.
I told them what they can do with the £5.25 pro Rata refund I was due!

Nice one. I loved my 2-night stay at the ICPL in July. The hard product isn’t the best, admittedly, but the service blew us away, the staff were without exception attentive and lovely!
