I guess this should be more of a request to BA than a question to everyone…
The flight Avios and Tier Points calculator on the BA website hasn’t been updated with Finnair’s new PE cabin. Does anyone know how long (in previous experience) it takes BA to update such a thing? Judging from my recently issued ticket, it looks like Finnair have updated their fare classes as my Helsinki to Singapore ticket is showing at fare class ‘P’ but on the BA calculator this shows as a Economy Standard ticket :-/ I’m hoping they update this before I fly as my fear atm is that I will only get the lower points – resulting in losing out on up to 50 tier points for my connecting journey.
Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!
When are you flying? BA show June 1st as the date when “P” class changes from “Economy low” to “Premium Economy lowest” in their Avios earning tables for Finnair flights. Hopefully the calculator will follow soon, but at least they acknowledge that your fare class is PE as of today.
