Finnair reward flight upgrade with avios

Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade economy reward flight with Finnair to business with avios? I can see availability in business but no online option.

If you booked using BA Avios then you want to “change” the booking , not “upgrade” – you’ll need to call to do this most likely. Try in the evening and calling the US number via Skype to get hold of someone to do it

The other option if it’s a simple online booking originally and you’ve enough Avios and travel is before 30th Sept is to cancel the booking for a voucher under Book with Confidence and book again online. The original avios and cash will get refunded after a while

I’ve done it for Iberia and it worked, no experience with any other partners though
