Had a nice trip to Phuket over Christmas/New Year, booked via Iberia but travelling on Qatar. The booking showed my Iberia number and wouldn’t let me change it, but on check-in it was changed to the BA number and shows on the boarding pass.
However, 3 of the 4 legs have been credited to Iberia which means I now have Iberia Bronze rather than BA Silver 🙁
is there a way to correct this – I still have the boarding passes showing the BA number
You need to contact IB and ask them to reverse the credit.
Then once that’s done retro claim from BA.
Next time use another oneworld website such as Finnair to change your ff number.
FYI To do the claim you need to use the website – https://contacto.iberia.com/
Let’s see what happens
