Forfeit MR points for late payment?

I have had a number of points removed from my basic amex reward card, I had linked my my business platinum to the card. The only thing i can see is i missed the payment by one day on the business card, would that have the points removed ? cheers

There is something in the small print about penalties if you don’t pay on time – you might need to dig out the MR terms and conditions.
