Glasgow Doubletree Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort removed from Hilton?

This is disappointing – was wondering why this hotel wasn’t showing up in any of my Glasgow searches recently on Hilton app.
Looks like it’s been rebranded from Doubletree to just Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort.
Shame as it was one of the more generous of all the Hilton properties I’ve stayed at terms of Diamond goodies.

I’m sure it was reported on here when it happened. Calling it Glasgow is a bit of a stretch. It’s in Cumbernauld which is about 10 miles outside of Glasgow. It must be fairly quiet out with the weekends. It’s popular for weddings and for spa days but the leisure facilities – pool, jacuzzi, sauna were in need of a complete upgrade the last time I visited. The local council facilities were nicer!!

Most generous?? I stayed last summer and got nothing. Breakfast buffet was extremely sparse, worse than a Hampton.
