Despite not being able to log in on a mac (err_msg_21) I can log in on windows…. Anyways…
I can’t seem to find when my year expires…. Historically it’s always been june, and I hit my (reduced) target of 800 tier points last month
However, I can’t see that my Gold has been renewed in the list of activities, nor can I see my year expiration.
I’m still Gold, however, but my tier points are still showing as if I’m still in my current year….
Thoughts? I don’t want to get to the end of the month and find out I’m only silver 🙁
I have the same predicament; I re-qualified for Gold after three months of 2022 (yay, regular travel is back!), but my VSFC account hasn’t updated. Call them up, I reckon, and ask – the Gold line has no queue, usually.
Thanks for getting back to me AL. My account is beyond screwed now. Had a flight last week which, whilst it’s appeared on the activity with the right amount of tier points, my tier point balance has NOT changed, and, even more weirdly, my account balance has dropped by 280,000 miles 🙁

Have renewed back in June for Gold. This is also when my renewal month is. Yay.
Tier points stuck on last (renewal) year’s 905
Flight two weeks ago credited, but tier points haven’t changed
Flight last week not credited (normally the agent would be able to created this but sent off to “Loyalty” team?!)
Activity Searches not working either. There’s NO activityI know I shouldn’t get anxious about this. The agent I spoke to (in the “Upper Class Hunt Line”) didn’t fill me with confidence either… But it’s exhausting.
