My partner recently upgraded her gold to platinum card. The problem is most of the benefits haven’t been added. Her offers still mention the deliveroo credit but the dining credit isn’t on the account. There is an offer for enhanced referral bonus on the card but when clicked it takes her to her BAPP card with no mention of yhe CNN platinum. She also can’t access the Harvey Nichols promotion or the hotel status upgrades. Any suggestions?
It takes a few weeks for the offer to appear.
Give them a call and they will add the promotions manually. Thats what I did. Or you could wait, they will be added eventually.
