Any idea what I can do with them? I have converted some into dining vouchers, but have <1,000 left over. Min transfer to airlines seems to be 2,500. Any ideas gratefully received.

If it’s more than 500, you can get another $50 dining voucher. There are also some e-gift vouchers in Lifestyle Awards, but they seem to be mostly for use in Asia.
You could use an instant dining award today, if the hotel is convenient for you. I’m not aware of a minimum redemption amount.
