I’m trying to use the above,it’s not a shop I usually go to. Looking at the offer terms, it says ‘department store concessions are excluded’. Has anyone purchased say fragrance or skin care successfully to trigger the offer?

Are you looking to buy online or in store. I suspect the term you quote refers to shop-in-shop concessions where you would not get the credit. You are not restricted to buying just HN branded products online.

I’ve successfully redeemed the credit by buying from the Armani Beauty counter in store.

A “concessions are excluded” would be when that particular ‘shop’ uses its own till and CC system and not Harvey’s central system (these also don’t let you pay for a basket of items including stuff from other parts of the shop)

If you shop online then everything goes via HN so qualifies (unless there are other exclusions such as possibly gift cards)

And instore, the only place this may not credit is in a restaurant in-store with its own till set-up – but HN has a published list of qualifying restaurants.

Sinxe it’s not a shop you’d usually go to, easier then to just buy online. You’ll avoid any ambiguity over whether you’re in a concession or not. Everything on the website is fair game for the credit.

Yesterday I used the £50 credit for a bottle of whisky, going via the shop through BA website also collected 496 Avios.
