Apologies if this has been asked before but I when I searched the forum I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for.
I used my £50 credit at the start of June and was of the understanding it resets every six months in a calendar year so that I should be able to use it again between July and December.
Is this correct? Or do I need to wait six months between purchases? When I was searching, I saw a few posts with people having to chase Amex/HN for the credit and having to go to ombudsman…

You don’t need to wait. Technically you could spend £50 on 30 June and £50 on 01 July and both would credit back to you.
