SLH + HH for business 2x night deal

I need the visdom of HfPers for this conundrum.

I’m trying to book a redemption stay at a SLH property using HH points as I am currently doing a Diamond run for Hilton. I am taking advantage of “Hilton for Business 2x nights” deal.

While I was booking the hotel [Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club], it says on Hilton website that
“Partner hotels don’t participate in Hilton for Business. This stay will be booked as personal travel.”
Does that mean that if I book this hotel Hilton won’t give me a 2x night credit?

On a side note, I never book my 6yo in regular hiltons. Do I need to book him at SLH as it spikes the redemptions to premium level for no reason.

Any advise is much appreciated.

You should get it as rates still apply which are not business ones.

But no guarantee.

I did book it for mid-November, we’ll see.. I am hopeful though..
