Hotel booking through Avios

Hi all, so finally trying to make the most of uring avios and certain hotels are cheaper on the mobile app than normal website (even though im on a website on the phone)

Is there anyway to see which hotels have the offer on a laptop as its easier to see and use then actually book on the mobile?
