How long do the hotel status upgrades take to register?

I enrolled into all the hotel statuses when receiving my platinum card a few weeks ago. Melia updated quite quickly but Hilton, Radisson, Marriott haven’t updated yet. How long does this usually take and what’s the best way to chase, Amex chat?

Also, do IHG do status matches? If so how do I submit this and which of the above is the best to use to match? I’m sure I read on the forum they do match when asked.

For me Melia, Hilton and Mariott all happened within a couple days of receiving the platinum card and enrolling online

1 month on since receiving the card Radisson still said pending, said I contacted the Amex Chat, who asked if I had an existing membership number and then I can link it (That was 2 days ago) , just signed upto Radisson so will contact them today and see how quickly it happens
