How long for BA Amex 241 to show on BA Account.

I upgraded from the free BA card to PP 5 days ago and as I was on £11k spend I automatically triggered the voucher. My previous vouchers came through within a day or so of triggering the £12k spend but I am still waiting for this one. Is this normal or should I be throwing a call in somewhere?

Fairly certain I’ll hit £9k by July, renewal was beginning of this month. Decisions as to whether to trigger the voucher before I need it or aim for the £15k.

Might be worth a call then if it gets to a week, they usually arrive within 24-48 hours of being triggered. The problem may be that people have reported being bounced between Amex and BA with this.
