Newbie here, just getting started. I already have a virgin credit card and now I’ve signed up to the Virgin flying club. It says I earn points by spending on my card….but how do they know? I don’t find any way to link the account and the card.
So if I spend on my card, there aren’t any points showing up in my flying club account.
Should there be?
How do I set it up properly please?I’ve found this help page which says I have to add the flying club membership number to the credit card app but I seem to have been through all the settings there and can’t find where to add it.

Can someone look in the credit card app please and help me navigate to where i have to enter the flying club number.
ThanksI just looked, and can’t see how it’s done via the app any more. Every so often, the app gets an update and thinks – randomly – disappear. This appears to be one of those things. If you weren’t asked for your Flying Club number when you signed up for the card, then you probably need to call them on the number on the back of the card.
You should also sign up for a Virgin Red account (either via the Virgin Red app, or at https://virgin.com/virgin-red), and link that to your Flying Club number, too, to maximise your Virgin Points earning.
