Iberia Avios change fees

Does anyone know the difference between Blue and Economy Class?

I’m booking a flight in Business that includes an economy segment as it’s on Iberia Express.

The price difference is 3500 Avios between Blue and Economy.’

Is it true that with the Economy flight there are no charges in changing the flight date?

But with Blue the charge is €25/$40 up to 24 hours before the departure of the first flight on the ticket.

Having free changes up to 24 hours seems almost too good to be true!

I don’t know if those tariffs apply to the avios booking as the “change fee” of an avios flight would be whatever Iberia charges (it is £35 with BA I don’t remember the IB number right now).
