I’ve changed my surname since opening an IB+ account & want to update it with them.
Their online help & WhatsApp bot have been no use.
Does anyone know if this link on their site is the right place to get it done?
It’s either that or close the account & open a new one – there’s no Avios so no loss.
Recently I had similar issue. I fortgot to put one of the surnames of my fellow passanger in the booking. I was in touch via the phone and was adviced either to cancel the booking and make a new one (thank you, no way) or send a request via online Complaint form. and they did amendments within 7 business days as they’d promised. Weird communication channel, I know. But worked for me.
