Identifying the Virgin 241 / upgrade voucher

Just realised I should have had this by now. Checked the account on VS website and there’s no mention of the voucher. There is a line with 0 points and 0 TP around the right time, but the Activity description is just blank. Is this it now, not even a description?

Yes that’s the voucher.

Funnily enough I just contacted Virgin Atlantic today via Twitter direct mail to find out the expiry dates of my vouchers. Was amazed to get almost immediate replies and full expiry details of 3 vouchers.
