Hi – Now that the creation credit card is not linked to IHG anymore I have cancelled it. I am aware that in the US there is another credit card offer that has been introduced but I’m based in the UK so cannot apply. My question is have any other members taken out credit cards since the demise of creation that have added benefits? Ideally that relate to IHG or looking for suggestions (I have comtemplated Barclays Avios and Virgin) Thanks in advance, Paul

Virgin credit card, transfer points to IHG seems like the best option currently for IHG points.

Great – Thanks for the response – With the virgin credit card how do you physically transfer the points from the card to your IHG account? Thanks

You need to call Virgin Atlantic to transfer and it usually takes a few weeks for the points to show in your IHG or Hilton account.

Virgin (bank) monthly deposits the points into your Virgin (points) account. And then once it is there you can’t Virgin to move it to IHG.
