IHG stays not showing

All my stays have disappeared off my account for the second time this year. The diamond elite email line have given me a reasonable number of points but seem to have no urgency in fixing it and it is getting boring. Anyone able to shed light on what is happening and is there a way I can escalate this as they don’t seem interested in doing so? Thanks

Recently stayed at a new (Rebadged )Crowne Plaza IHG at East Midlands Airport. A pleasant total refurbishment. Nice to see it had smoked salmon on the Breakfast buffet. This has disappeared from all CPs in Uk I have stayed in the last 12 months. It didnt charge me for car parking overnight! But there I was not offered a Club Lounge service. NEC/ Birmingham Airport CP has no Club Lounge. Manchester CP Club Lounge serves spirits with staff service!. As a Diamond who has a Lounge Upgrade I feel short changed. Is there a website of CPs that do offer a Club Lounge that is readily available to check where they exist please?
I would welcome colleagues observations.

CP Birmingham city centre has club lounge and smoked salmon on the breakfast buffet (IIRC).

They denied me diamond breakfast by making up some nonsense about IHG rules saying you have to call in advance to choose breakfast

I was too tired/busy to complain so just stole a lot of snacks and soft drinks from the lounge
